The Commission considered disciplinary matters
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine which took place on the 12th February 2015 the case on holding the judges disciplinary liable was considered.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to refuse to open disciplinary proceedings over 61 appeal.
