The Commission considered disciplinary matters
On 29 March 2016 at the meeting of the Disciplinary Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, it was resolving the issue of bringing judges to disciplinary responsibility.
Due to the expiry of term, the Commission terminated the disciplinary proceedings against Mr. Serhii Fomichov, judge of the Appeal Court of Kirovohrad region.
In addition, the Commission terminated the disciplinary proceedings against:
- Mrs. Nataliia Viktorovych, judge of Dzerzhynskyi District Court of Kryvyi Rih city of Dnipropetrovsk region;
- Mr. Artem Braha, judge of Zhovtnevyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk city;
- Mrs. Liliia Delikatna, judge of Ternopilskyi City-District Court of Ternopil region.
The Commission deferred consideration of disciplinary proceedings against:
- Mrs. Iryna Zyma, judge of Shevchenkivskyi District Court of of Lviv city;
- Mr. Pavlo Kyrychenko, judge of Ovidopolskyi District Court of Odessa region;
- Mrs. Liudmyla Shatilova, judge of Zhovtnevyi District Court of Mariupil city of Donetsk region.
