The Commission considered disciplinary matters
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, which took place on 5 June 2015, the case on holding the judges disciplinary liable was considered.
Overall, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine refused to open a disciplinary proceeding upon 359 petitions.
After verification, the Commission decided to launch disciplinary proceedings against 6 judges.
At the same time, the Commission also terminated the disciplinary proceedings against 4 judges.
