The Commission decided to defer consideration of disciplinary liability of 283 judges of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea
On October 26, 2015 at the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine was considered the issue of bringing judges to disciplinary liability.
The Commission considered the request of Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Deputy of Ukraine and Chairman of the Supreme Court of Ukraine regarding 283 judges were defer consideration of disciplinary liability of in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopil on November 10, 2015.
It was defer consideration due to failure of judges and the reasons for their non-appearance at the Commission’s meeting.
