The Commission decided to send a recommendation to the High Council of Justice to dismiss 3 judges
At the meeting which took place on the 24th of March 2015, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine the case on holding the judges disciplinary liable was considered.
Following results of the disciplinary proceedings, the Commission decided to send a recommendation to the High Council of Justice regarding three judges who can be dismiss on account of breaking an oath of the judge.
The Commission decided to open disciplinary proceedings against 14 judges.
However, the Commission stopped the disciplinary proceedings against 4 judges.
The Commission decided to reserved decision in the case of disciplinary proceedings of 7 judges.
It should be noted that the Commission decided to refuse to open disciplinary proceedings over 147 applications.
