The Commission decided to send documents with recommendations to the President of Ukraine to transfer judges to another court and made recommendations for election judges for an unlimited term
At the meeting, which took place on the 25th of March 2015, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine recommended to transfer judges to another court.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to send materials to the President of Ukraine to transfer 3 judges appointed for an unlimited term to another court.
The Commission decided to recommend for appointing 16 judges for an unlimited term.
Regarding judges Mrs Iryna Gladka, Mrs Nataliia Maietska, Mr Mykola Vdovichenko, Mrs Maryna Antoniuk, Mrs Lidiia Ivanisova, Mr Oleksander Turetskyi, Mrs Olena Hudina, Mrs Violetta Spai the Commission decided to postpone the recommendation to appoint for an unlimited term.
