The Commission dismissed four judges
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 28 July 2016, it was decided to dismiss judges and to extend the terms for dismissal of judges upon the appeal of the Prosecutor General.
Thus, taking into consideration the criminal proceedings the Commission dismissed one judge ok Kyiv Commercial Court for a term of 2 months.
The commission extended the term of dismissal for 2 month in respect of 3 judges.
