The Commission extended the suspension from office of 6 judges
It was decided to extend the suspension from office of 6 judges according to the petition of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine at the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held on June 24, 2015.
In particular, in the context of criminal responsibility continues to dismissal for a period of one month in respect of six judges.
The Commission also suspended from duty for a period of 2 months, Mr Vladyslav Lysenko, Judge of Kyiv-Sviatoshynskyi District Court of Kyiv oblast.
It was decided to remand consideration of the case of dismissal for Ms. Liubov Perepeliuk, Judge of the Court of Appeal of Chernivtsi oblast.
The Commission decided to request the return of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine regarding Mr Oleh Stetsenko, Judge of the Administrative Court of Odessa oblast.
