The Commission extended the suspension term of 3 judges
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on 25 January 2016 upon the request of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine it decided to extend the suspension term of judges.
In particular, in connection with the criminal prosecution the Commission extended the suspension of 3 judges for 1 month.
At the same time, the Commission decided to deny the request to the Prosecutor General of Ukraine on the extension of suspension term in respect of 2 judges.
