The Commission granted the request of the Prosecutor-General of Ukraine: 4 judges were dismiss
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held on April 22, 2015 it was decided to dismiss 4 judges on the basis of the request of the Prosecutor- General of Ukraine.
In connection with the institution of criminal proceedings, the following judges for a period of 2 months were dismissed: Mr Evgen Bruhovskyi, the judge of the Chernyakhivskyi District Court of the Zhytomyr oblast and Mr. Mykola Reshetnik, the judge of the city-district court of Babushkinskyi (Dnipropetrovsk oblast).
The Commission decided to extend the suspension for a month about Mr. Andrii Makukha and Alla Demydovska, the judges of the Solomianskyi District Kyiv City Court.
