The Commission launching disciplinary proceedings against 9 judges
At the meeting of The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine which took place on the 26th Mars 2015, the case on holding the judges disciplinary liable was considered.
After verification, the Commission decided to launch disciplinary proceedings against 9 judges.
However, the Commission decided to refuse to open disciplinary proceedings against 3 judges.
It should be noted that in the case of disciplinary proceedings concerning 2 judges decision was delayed.
The Commission rejected to open other application concerning disciplinary proceedings.
