The Commission launching disciplinary proceedings against 9 judges
At the meeting of The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine which took place on the 3th February 2015, the case on holding the judges disciplinary liable was considered.
After the verification, the Commission decided to launch disciplinary proceedings against the following judges:
- Mr. Ruslan Dubel, the judge of city-district court of Drohobych (Lvivska Oblast);
- Mrs. Svitlana Demydova, the judge of Zhovtnevyi District Dnipropetrovsk City Court;
- Mrs. Nataliia Malysh, the judge of Dnipropetrovsk Appeal Administrative Court;
- Mr. Yurii Solopov and Mr. Volodymyr Postupailo, the judges of Kirovskyi District Kirovohrad City Court;
- Mrs. Alla Baslaieva, the judge of Darnytskyi District Kyiv City Court;
- Mr. Taras Lischuk, the judge of Obolonskyi District Kyiv City Court;
- Mrs. Svitlana Haiduk, the judge of Shevchenkyvskyi District City Court;
- Mr. Vitalii Litvinov, the judge of Obolonskyi District Kyiv City Court.
The members of the Commission stopped disciplinary proceeding against the judge of Sumy Oblast Commercial Court and against Oleksandra Hrinchuk, the judge of Leninskyi District Kharkiv City Court.
The Commission rejected 86 applications.
