The Commission made recommendations for transfer of 3 judges from the area of ATO to another court without competition
At the meeting of the Qualification Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 26 February 2016, upon the results of materials consideration the Chamber decided to provide recommendations for the transfer of judges to another court of the same level without competition.
In particular, the Commission decided to recommend 3 judges for the transfer from the area of ATO to another court without competition.
At the same time, the Chamber deferred consideration of recommending the transfer of 1 judge.
