The Commission opened disciplinary cases regarding 3 judges
At the meeting of the Disciplinary Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on 3 March 2016 it was dealing with disciplinary issues.
After verification the Commission decided to open disciplinary proceedings against 3 judges.
Regarding 53 appeals, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to deny opening a disciplinary case.
Moreover, the HQCJU deferred consideration of the issue on holding 2 judges disciplinary liable.
At the end of the meeting the Commission terminated disciplinary proceedings regarding 3 judges.
