The Commission opened disciplinary proceedings against 10 judges
At a meeting of the Disciplinary Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 26October, 2015 was examined the issue of bringing judges to disciplinary liability.
The Commission decided to open disciplinary proceedings against 10 judges.
It was deferred consideration about 5 judges.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to refuse to open a disciplinary case over 53 appeals.
