The Commission provided recommendations for election to judicial position for a lifetime term to 13 judges
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 31 August 2015 the Commission considered the issue on recommending candidates for election to the post of judge for a lifetime term.
After the verification the Commission decided to recommend for election to judicial position for a lifetime term:
- Mr Roman Boiko, judge of Commercial Court of Kyiv city;
- Mrs Hanna Bondarenko, judge of the Commercial Court of Kyiv city;
- Mr Mykola Vdovychenko, judge of Malovyskivskyi District Court of Kirovohradska oblast;
- Mrs Oksana Holovan, judge of the County Administrative Court of Kyiv city;
- Mrs Tetiana Ilieva, judge of Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv city;
- Mr Serhii Karakashian, judge of County Administrative Court of Kyiv city;
- MrsTetiana Kyryliuk, judge of Commercial Court of Kyiv city;
- Mrs Iryna Kolesnikova, judge of Kyivskyi County Administrative Court;
- Mr Illia Kravchenko, judge of Bilozerskyi District Court of Khersonska oblast;
- Mrs Viktoriia Lysenko, judge of Kyivskyi District Administrative Court;
- Mr Denys Mandychev, judge of Commercial Court of Kyiv city;
- Mrs Liubov Marulina, judge of District Administrative Court of Kyiv city;
- Mrs Olena Khudina, judge of Artemivskyi City-District Court of Donetska oblast.
The Commission decided to postpone the consideration of the issue on recommending for the election to a lifetime judicial position of Mrs Maryna Antoniuk, Mr Oleksandr Bilyk, Mrs Iryna Hladka, Mr Andrii Zhyvohliadov, Mr Serhii Zinchenko, Mrs Lidiia Ivanisova, Mrs Olha Katrych, Mrs Nataliia Maietska, Mrs Nataliia Ponomarenko, Mr Oleksandr Popeka, Mrs Violetta Spaia.
