The Commission provided recommendations for the transfer of 47 judges of the former High Administrative Court and the High Commercial Court to other courts
At its meeting on 17 May 2018, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of recommending the transfer of a judge to another court of the same or lower level without a competition.
The Commission decided to recommend that 15 judges of the High Administrative Court of Ukraine and 32 judges of the High Commercial Court of Ukraine be transferred to the following courts:
