The Commission recommended appointing 77 judges
On October 22, 2018, recommending the appointment of judges whose term of office expired was considered at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
Eligibility for the position held of a judge who was appointed to office for a period of five years before the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (concerning justice)” is to be assessed in the manner set forth in the law.
The decisions of the Commission dated October 20, 2017 and February 1, 2018 appointed qualification evaluation of judges of local and appeal courts for eligibility for their position.
Taking into account the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission recommended appointing 77 judges.
