The Commission recommended appointing for an unlimited term
At the meeting, which took place on the 13th of March 2015, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine recommended appointing judges for an unlimited term.
The Commission has decided to recommend for appointing 78 judges for an unlimited term.
Regarding judges Mr Oleksii Zudihin and Mrs Violetta Spai the Commission decided to postpone the recommendation to appoint for an unlimited term.
