The Commission recommends dismissing the judge from Lviv
On 18 February 2016 at the meeting of the Disciplinary Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine the disciplinary issues were considered.
Having considered the appeal of Oliiarnyk Y.I., the Commission decided to recommend to the High Council of Justice dismissing 1 judge, seeing the evidences of oath violation in his actions.
In addition, disciplinary punishment in the form of warnings was applied to 3 judges.
Furthermore, the Commission terminated disciplinary proceedings against 3 judges.
Due to the expiry of the deadlines, the Commission terminated the disciplinary proceedings in respect of 1 judge.
At the same time, the Commission deferred consideration of disciplinary proceedings regarding 3 judges.
The Higher Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to deny opening a disciplinary case upon 6 appeals.
