The Commission submitted to the CJU the Regulation on Examination Procedure and Its Evaluation Methodology
At its meeting on 27 August 2015 the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine discussed the Regulation on Examination Procedure and Its Evaluation Methodology for conducting the qualification evaluation of a judge.
After reviewing for compliance of the Regulation with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, the Commission decided to submit the document to the Council of Judges of Ukraine for their approval.
