The Commission suspended the judge for 2 months
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 12 February 2016 under the petition of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine the decision on removal of judge was rendered.
Thus, in connection with the criminal prosecution, the Commission suspended Mr. Viktor Voloshchiuk from the position of judge of Olevskyi District Court of Zhytomyrska oblast for the 2 months period.
In respect of Mrs. Iryna Tataurova, judge of Desnianskyi District Court of Kyiv city, the Commission took a decision to deny the Prosecutor’s General of Ukraine request on removing her from the office.

Mr. Viktor Voloshchiuk is accused in committing a criminal offense under paragraph 2 of the Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine that is violation of traffic safety by an individual – a driver of the transport vehicle which caused the victim's death.
Mrs. Iryna Tataurova is suspected of committing a criminal offense under paragraph 2 of the Article 375 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – adoption of knowingly unjust rulings, according to which the suspected individual has been chosen a precaution as detention for the term of 60 days.
