The disciplinary case against 1 judge was opened
At the meeting of the Disciplinary Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 13 January 2016 the issue of disciplinary case opening and denying opening was considered.
Based on the verification results the Commission has taken decision to open disciplinary case against Mrs. Mariia Tokareva, judge of the Zhytomyrskyi District Administrative Court.
With regards to 29 appeals the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided to deny opening a disciplinary case.
The disciplinary proceedings against Mrs. Lidiia Filipenko, who served as judge of the Bilovodskyi District Court of Luhanska oblast was terminated.
Upon the appeal of Mr. Zhurian O. M., the Head of the NGO “Hromada” regarding Mr. Yurii Volkov, Mr. Oleksandr Stepanov, Mr. Stepan Pepeliashkov, judges of Izmailskyi City-District Court of Odeska oblast the issue was kept without consideration.
