The disciplinary cases against 2 judges were opened
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 11 February 2016 the issue of disciplinary cases opening and denial opening was reviewed.
Based on the verification results the Commission has decided to open disciplinary cases against 2 judges:
- Mr. Denys Chyzhychenko, judge of Zhovtnevyi District Court of Kharkiv city;
- Mr. Ruslan Halasiuk, judge of the Korolevskyi District Court of Zhytomyr city.
With regards to 58 appeals the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided to deny opening a disciplinary case.
The consideration of the issue on brining to disciplinary responsibility of Mrs. Olena Sokolova, judge of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv city has been deferred.
The Commission has terminated disciplinary proceedings against Mrs. Nadiia Kachan, who served as judge of the Commercial Court of Kyiv city.
