The extension of the secondment of judges to another court of the same level and specialization in the administration of justice
Prior to consideration of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of extending the secondment of judges to another court of the same level and specialization was assigned.
The session of the Commission will be held at 12:00 on November 11, 2019 at the address: 9, General Shapoval Str., Kyiv.
For consideration of the issue by the Commission, the judges, seconded by the decisions of the High Council of Justice dated May 30, 2019 No. 1444/0/15-19 and No. 1445/0/15-19 to:
- Radomyshlskyi District Court of Zhytomyr Region,
- Semenivskyi District Court of Poltava Region,
till November 5, 2019 (inclusive), may send the relevant consent or objections to the Commission by sending by e-mail to: vidriadzhennia@vkksu.gov.ua.
