The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered disciplinary matters
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine which took place on April 16, 2015 the case on refusing to open the disciplinary proceedings was considered.
High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to refuse to open disciplinary proceedings of more than 387 appeals.
In particular, the Commission decided to refuse to open disciplinary proceedings against Mr Serhii Novov and Mr Ivan Mosondz, the judges of the Appeal Court of Kiev. Regarding Mrs Halyna Poltavtseva the disciplinary procedure was closed.
The Commission has decided to close the disciplinary proceedings against:
Mr Volodymyr Baranov (worked as a judge of the Melitopol District Court of the Zaporizhzhia oblast);
Mrs Anna Kosogor (worked as a judge of the Court of Appeal of the Odesa oblast);
Mr Oleksandr Pushnov (worked as a judge of the the Torezkyi City Court of the Donetsk oblast).
The Commission decided to open disciplinary proceedings against Mr Oleksandr Yakovlev, the judge of Administrative Court of Appeal of the Odesa oblast.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to withdraw disciplinary cases for further verification.
