The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered disciplinary matters
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, which took place on 17 June 2015, the case on holding the judges disciplinary liable was considered.
After reviewing the material, the Commission decided to apply disciplinary penalty in the form of reprimand to Mr Serhii Fabizhevskyi, judge of Kotovskyi City-District Court of Odeska oblast, Mrs Lidiia Ishchuk, judge of Ovrutskyi District Court of Zhytomyrska oblast and Mr Serhii Savytskyi, judge of Khustskyi District Court of Zakarpatska oblast.
The disciplinary penalties in the form of warnings were applied to Mr Denys Shcherbak, judge of Berdychivskyi City-District Court of Zhytomyrska oblast and Mrs Iryna Tsymbal, judge of Darnytskyi District Court of Kyiv city.
After verification the Commission decided to terminate the disciplinary proceedings against Mrs Svitlana Demydova, judge of Zhovtnevyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk city.
Finally, the HQCJU decided to postpone the consideration of the issue on holding disciplinary liable of Mrs Mariia Martynyshyn , judge of Frankivskyi District Court of Lviv city, Mr Oleksandr Potanin, judge of Appeal Court of Odeska oblast, Mrs Iryna Ionnikova, judge of Kyivskyi Appeal Commercial Court and Mr Artem Braha, judge of Zhovtnevyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk city.
