At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, which took place on July 2, 2015 the case on holding the judges disciplinary liable was opened.
The Commission decided to open disciplinary proceedings against 6 judges.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine also decided to refuse to open disciplinary proceedings against more than 123 petitions.
The Commission decided to withdraw disciplinary proceedings against 25 judges.
