The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine proposes interested parties to notify the Commission of their intention to be present during the relevant stages of the initial qualification assessment of judges no later than ten days before
According to the Decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine as of 28 January 2016 the initial qualification assessment of those judges, who have submitted to the Commission an application for lifetime judicial position, will be held during February-March 2016. The schedule of qualification assessment and the list of judges who will pass the assessment were posted on the official website of the Commission.
According to paragraph 3.24 of the Procedure and Methodology of Qualification Assessment of Judges any person concerned can be present as observers during the qualification assessment.
The persons concerned must notify the Commission in written of their intention to attend it, adding to the appeal the documents confirming their interest in the objectivity of judicial qualification assessment, indicating the contact means of communication with the Commission for approval of such surveillance order no later than ten business days before the relevant stage of qualification assessment.
Due to foregoing information the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine is informing that the contact persons responsible for ensuring the participation in the initial qualification assessment of persons concerned are the following:
