The judge confirmed the possibility to administer justice
On 28th July 2016 the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine determined the results of the initial qualification assessment of Mr. Viktor Glinianiy - the judge of the Appeal Court of Kyiv city.
Upon the assessment results the Commission Panel, composed of Ms Valentyna Ustymenko, Head of the Panel, Mrs Tetiana Shylova and Mr Pavlo Lutsiuk, decided that Mr. Viktor Glinianiy is capable to administer justice in the respective court.
