The members of the Commission of the Congress of representatives of higher law schools and scientific institutions were elected
The members of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine were elected at the Congress of representatives of higher law schools and scientific institutions held on June 30, 2015 in Kyiv.
According to Articles 102 and 103 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Judicial System and Status of Judges" and the Protocol №2 of the Counting Council on the results of the Congress by secret ballot Mr Serhii Prylypko elected for position of Member of the Commission (Disciplinary Chamber) and Mr Andrii Vasylenko elacted for the position of Member of the Commission (Qualification Chamber).
