The President of Ukraine signed Decree on appointing 37 judges of local general courts
On July 02, 2020, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy issued Decree
№ 265/2020 “On the Appointment of Judges”.
As such, in accordance with part 5 of Article 126, Article 127 and parts 1 and 2 of Article 128 of the Constitution of Ukraine to local general courts are appointed:
-the judge of the Kalynivskyi District Court of Vinnytsia Region Stavniichuk Svitlana Volodymyrivna;
-the judge of the Koziatynskyi City District Court of the Vinnytsia Region Kucheruk Iryna Mykolaiivna;
-the judge of the Chechelnytskyi District Court of Vinnytsia Region Tokarchuk Liudmyla Hryhorivna;
-the judge of the Sharhorodskyi District Court of Vinnytsia Region Melnyk Andreia Havrylivna;
-the judge of the Kivertsivskyi District Court of the Volyn Region Silich Yuliia Leonidivna;
-the judge of the Lutskyi City District Court of the Volyn Region Marchuk Anatolii Vasyliovych;
-the judge of the Kramatorskyi City Court of the Donetsk Region Romanenko Karolina Serhiivna;
-the judge of the Berdychivskyi City District Court of the Zhytomyr Region Khotska Liudmyla Mykolaiivna;
-the judge of the Tiachivskyi District Court of the Zakarpattia Region Stetsiuk Myroslava Dmytrivna;
-the judge of the Kuibyshevskyi District Court of the Zaporizhzhia Region Hliania Oleksii Serhiiovych;
-the judge of the Kolomyiskyi City District Court of the Ivano-Frankivsk Region Yaremyn Maria Pavlivna;
-the judge of the Kosivskyi District Court of the Ivano-Frankivsk Region Drach Daria Serhiivna;

-the judge of the Zarichnyi District Court of Sumy Nikolaienko Oksana Oleksiivna;
-the judge of the Terebovlianskyi District Court of the Ternopil Region Melnyk Anna Volodymyrivna;
-the judge of the Kamianskyi District Court of the Cherkasy Region Nikolenko Oksana Yevheniivna;
-the judge of the Kanivskyi City District Court of the Cherkasy Region Syvukhin Hryhorii Serhiiovych;
-the judge of the Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi District Court of the Cherkasy Region Moskovchenko Tetiana Vasylivna;
-the judge of the Chyhyrynskyi District Court of the Cherkasy Region Popelniukh Andrii Oleksiiovych;
-the judge of the Chornobaiivskyi District Court of the Cherkasy Region Romanova Olena Hennadiivna;
-the judges of the Shpolianskyi District Court of the Cherkasy Region Syvokon’ Serhii Serhiiovych, Symonenko Olena Volodymyrivna;
-the judge of the Vyzhnytskyi District Court of the Chernivtsi Region Osokin Andrii Leonidovych;
-the judge of the Bakhmatskyi District Court of the Chernihiv Region Rozdaibida Olena Volodymyrivna;
-the judge of the Ichnianskyi District Court of the Chernihiv Region Vovchenko Andrii Volodymyrovych.
It is worth recalling that on August 07, 2019, based on the results of the competition announced on July 02, 2019, the Commission submitted recommendations to the High Council of Justice on the appointment of 467 candidates as judges of local general courts. (For more information, click here).
