There were opened disciplinary cases against 4 judges
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held on 24 December, 2015 the disciplinary issues were considered.
Based on the verification results the Commission has decided to open disciplinary cases against 4 judges.
The Commission decided to defer consideration of the issue on brining to disciplinary liability of Mr. Yurii Burbela, judge of Kyievo-Sviatoshynskiy District Court of Kyivska oblast for further additional verification.
With regards to 45 appeals the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided to deny opening a disciplinary case.
The Commission has also denied opening disciplinary case against Mrs. Yuliia Berlimova and Mrs. Olena Krapivina, judges of Henicheskyi District Court of Khersonska oblast. With regards to Mr. Viktor Postol the disciplinary proceedings have been terminated.
The Commission has terminated the disciplinary proceedings against:
- Mr. Mykola Bibik (served as judge of the Babushkinskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk city);
- Mr. Andrii Vereshchak (served as judge of the Bilotserkivskyi District Court of Kyivska oblast);
The consideration of disciplinary proceedings against Mr. Mykola Boichenko, judge of the Appeal Court of Odeska oblast was deferred.
