Upon results of the competition, 54 candidates for positions of local administrative courts’ judges and 22 candidates for positions of local commercial courts’ judges received recommendations for appointment
On October 1, 2019, at session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of providing recommendations for the appointment of candidates for the positions of local administrative and local economic courts’ judges was discussed within the competition announced by the Commission on August 9, 2019.
As a result of the session, the Commission recommended the appointment of 76 judicial candidates: 54 to local administrative court and 22 to local commercial courts.
It should be reminded that the competition was announced for 54 vacant positions of local administrative courts’ judges and 22 vacant positions of local commercial courts’ judges.
