Worth attention!
After reviewing the reports of mass media concerning the public appeal of the HCJ regarding the appointment of a competition for vacant positions of judges, the Commission reports that on July 2, 2019 a competition for occupying vacant positions of judges was announced for candidates who are in reserve.
On July 3, 2019, Commission on official website has informed on the beginning of preparation of a competition for filling of vacant positions of judges by transferring a judge to another court. Members of the HCJ were informed on the course of preparation of specified competition during workshops.
On July 5, 2019, the Council of Judges of Ukraine was informed about the preparation of a competition for filling vacant positions of judges by transferring a judge to another court.
To date, the Commission has completed its preparatory work and plans to resolve the issue of announcing and holding such competition next week.
