In accordance with the Commission’s decision of February 09, 2026, in order to properly prepare for the qualification exams of candidates for the positions of judges of the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court and the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal within the framework of the competitions announced on October 29, 2025, a list of anonymous test questions on the history of Ukrainian statehood with correct answers has been published on the Commission’s official website.
The tasks can be found in the “Anonymous Testing” section of the “Competition for the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court, announced on October 29, 2025” subsection of the “Competition for the position of judge” section and in the “Anonymous Testing” section of the “Competition for the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal, announced on October 29, 2025” subsection of the “Competition for the position of judge” section of the Commission’s official website or at the following link: “List of anonymous test questions on the history of Ukrainian statehood with correct answers for conducting qualification exams for candidates for the positions of judges of the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court and the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal within the framework of competitions announced on October 29, 2025” (in Ukrainian).
