In order to exercise the powers within the framework of early termination of judge’s previous secondment, pursuant to paragraph 56 of Section XII “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges” (without specifying the deadline for the secondment) and his simultaneous secondment, the Commission adopted a decision on March 05, 2025, according to which an additional list of local general courts with an excessive level of judicial workload was formed and, therefore, the deadline for submitting an application for early termination of the previous secondment was extended.
