On May 05, 2025, the Panels of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine established the results of a special vetting of 15 candidates for the positions of judges in administrative courts of appeal within the competition announced by the Commission on September 14, 2023.
The Commission has found that no information was obtained during the special vetting process that would indicate non-compliance with the requirements for the position of judge by the following candidates:
- Andrii Tomchuk;
- Nataliia Savytska;
- Roman Kot;
- Maryna Bilonozhenko;
- Ivan Tarnovetskyi;
- Viktoriia Holub;
- Tetiana Balas;
- Zhanna Hrushko;
- Anzhelika Babych;
- Andrii Babaiev;
- Yurii Vanivskyi;
- Yuliia Kalmykova;
- Serhii Hudkov;
- Iryna Pyvovar;
- Viacheslav Harheliinyk.
The results of the special vetting will be taken into account when the Commission makes decisions based on the results of the qualification evaluation.
