On October 10, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine conducted an interview as part of the qualification assessment of a local court judge for suitability for the position held.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment for suitability for the position held, judge of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv Maryna Boiaryntseva scored 659.25 points. The Commission found the judge not suitable for the position held and decided to submit a proposal to the High Council of Justice to dismiss the judge from office.
