On May 19, 2025, the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the recommendation of Nataliia Horobets for appointment as a judge of the Chemerovetskyi Raion Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast.
The suitability for the position of a judge, who is appointed for a five-year term before the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On the Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (regarding Justice)” must be evaluated in accordance with the procedure established by law.
The judge passed the qualification evaluation and was recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position held. Taking into account the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission decided to make a recommendation to the High Council of Justice to appoint Nataliia Horobets as a judge of the Chemerovetskyi Raion Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast.
