On March 26, 2024, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in Panels, held interviews with 15 winners of the competition for vacant positions of local court judges announced on September 14, 2023.
Based on the results of the interviews, the Commission decided to recommend for the appointment:
- Maryna Tsyrulevska for appointment to the position of a judge of the Baryshivskyi Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast;
- Tetiana Titova for appointment to the position of a judge of the Pohrebyshchenskyi Raion Court of Vinnytsia Oblast;
- Uliana Hula for appointment to the position of a judge of the Commercial Court of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast;
- Konstiantyn Karaman for appointment to the position of a judge of the Izmailskyi City-Raion Court of Odessa Oblast;
- Oksana Kovaliuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Yaremchanskyi Town Court of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast;
- Oleksandr Lebed for appointment to the position of a judge of the Trostianetskyi Raion Court of Sumy Oblast.
The recommendation to appoint was rejected:
- Bohdan Ben for appointment to the position of a judge of the Kharkivskyi Raion Court of Kharkiv Oblast;
- Oksana Lopokha for appointment to the position of a judge of the Volodymyr-Volynskyi City Court of Volyn Oblast;
- Tetina Zaitseva for appointment to the position of a judge of the Boryspilskyi City-Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast;
- Alona Panenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Commercial Court of Chernihiv region;
- Taras Mykyta for appointment to the position of a judge of the Solomianskyi District Court of Kyiv City;
- Oleksandr Kaplia for appointment to the position of a judge of the Brovarskyi City-Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast.
A break was announced in the interview with Ivan Voloshyn, Yuliia Dmytrenko and Yevhen Lohin.
