The Commission Recommends Secondment of 21 Judges to Other Courts

On June 17, 2026, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of submitting recommendations for the secondment of judges to other courts of the same level and specialisation for the administration of justice.

In view of the change in the territorial jurisdiction of court cases, the Commission resolved to submit to the High Council of Justice a recommendation for the secondment, for a period of one year, of the following 10 judges of the Donetsk District Administrative Court to the Kharkiv District Administrative Court:

  • Natalia Volhina;
  • Olena Halatina;
  • Tetiana Davydenko;
  • Andrii Zelenov;
  • Viktor Lazariev;
  • Tetiana Lohoida;
  • Svitlana Smahar;
  • Vitalii Stoika;
  • Ihor Tarasenko;
  • Vladyslav Chuchko.

The Commission also resolved to recommend the secondment of Kyrylo Kudenkov, a judge of the Donetsk District Administrative Court, to the Zhytomyr District Administrative Court.

Furthermore, in view of the change in the territorial jurisdiction of court cases, the Commission resolved to submit to the High Council of Justice a recommendation for the secondment, for a period of one year, of the following 10 judges of the Luhansk District Administrative Court to the Dnipropetrovsk District Administrative Court:

  • Olesia Irmetova;
  • Oleksandr Kachanok;
  • Yevheniia Kyselova;
  • Serhii Kysil;
  • Kristina Petrosian;
  • Kateryna Pliashkova;
  • Iryna Sverhun;
  • Anzhela Sekirska;
  • Tetiana Smishlyva;
  • Tetiana Cherniavska.
