On February 11, 2026, the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of submitting a recommendation on the secondment of judges to another court of the same level and specialisation for the administration of justice.
Due to the excessive workload of the court, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice to transfer Olena Leshchenko, a judge of the Novomyrhorodskyi Raion Court of Kirovohrad Oblast to the Podilskyi District Court of Kyiv City for a period of one year.
