On October 07, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, sitting in plenary composition, considered the issue of terminating the participation of candidate Andrii Volkov in the competition for vacant judicial positions at the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court.
Based on the results of the session, Andrii Volkov terminated his participation in the competition for the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court.
