On 29 September 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, sitting in plenary, considered the issue of terminating the participation of two candidates in the competition for vacant judicial positions at the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court.
Following the session, participation in the competition for the SCAC was terminated for:
- Vasyl Buria;
- Iryna Lupol.
