On June 11, 2025, at the session of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interview was held and the results of the qualification evaluation of Iryna Shevchenko in the competition for the position of a judge of the administrative court of appeal was determined.
Based on the results of the qualification evaluation, Iryna Shevchenko scored 718.43 points. She was found to have failed to confirm her ability to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal based on the criterion of social competence.
A total of 40 candidates were interviewed: 13 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal, 15 candidates did not confirm their ability to administer justice, and 12 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary of the Commission.
