On May 19, 2025, at the session of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine an interview was held and the result of the qualification evaluation of the candidate for the position of a judge of the administrative court of appeal Tetiana Balas was determined.
Based on the results of the qualification evaluation, the candidate scored 650.45 points. The First Chamber decided to submit the issue of confirming the ability of Tetiana Balas to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal for consideration by the plenary of the Commission.
Please be reminded, that 67 candidates for the position of a judge of the administrative court of appeal were admitted to the second stage of the qualification evaluation “Dossier Study and Interview”. This stage was launched by the Commission, sitting in the First Chamber on May 06, 2025.
In total, 16 candidates were interviewed: two candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal, five candidates did not confirm their ability to administer justice, and nine more candidates will be interviewed in plenary session.
