On June 09, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in plenary session considered the issue of confirming the ability of the candidates for the position of judges to administer justice in administrative court of appeal, within the competition, announced by the Commission on September 14, 2023.
Based on the results of the session, the Commission made the following decisions:

Please be reminded, that 67 candidates for the position of a judge of the administrative court of appeal were admitted to the second stage of the qualification evaluation “Dossier Study and Interview” in the competition to the appellate courts.
A total of 36 candidates were interviewed: 13 candidates have confirmed their ability to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal, 14 candidates have not confirmed their ability to administer justice, and 9 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission.
