Competition to the commercial courts of appeal: one candidate is to be interviewed by the Commission’s plenary, one candidate has not confirmed her ability to administer justice

On June 12, 2025, at the session of the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were held and the results of the qualification evaluation of four candidates for the positions of judges of the commercial courts of appeal were determined.

Based on the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission made the following decisions:

A total of 30 candidates were interviewed: 9 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the commercial courts of appeal, 10 candidates did not confirm their ability to administer justice, 8 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary of the Commission and interviews with 2 candidates have not been completed yet.
