On August 01, 2025, the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held interviews and determined the results of the qualification evaluation of four candidates for the positions of judges of the commercial courts of appeal.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission made the following decisions:

In total, 81 candidates were interviewed: 50 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal, 19 candidates did not confirm this ability and 12 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission.
